Introducing All-Reserved Seating!

We are pleased to announce that in the 2023-24 season, all seats are reserved. The demand for reserved seating has been swelling, and what better time to roll out this new feature to the True Concord experience than our blockbuster 20th anniversary season!

GUARANTEE YOUR SEAT!
Our current season ticket holders have first access to select their seats at each venue in their package. If you have a Reserved Subscription for the 2022-23 season, we are holding your seat location through April 6, so your seats are unavailable to purchase online. Please call us at 520-401-2651 to renew your tickets at your current location or switch to an alternate location.

FINDING YOUR SEAT
Seats are priced by section and will be marked on your ticket. At church venues, signs on the end of each pew will show the row and seat range (ex: Row C, Seats 1-8) and our ushers will be available to help at every concert!

COORDINATING WITH OTHERS, EXCHANGING TICKETS
If you plan to sit with someone who is purchasing their tickets separately, we recommend that you coordinate when you purchase your tickets to try to get seats in the same area. When you select your seats, you will be able to see which seats are still available. If you already have tickets and would like to purchase additional tickets for guests, you may select additional seats online or give our staff a call to find out if seats are available next to yours. If you need to move to different seats, we offer unlimited free exchanges (subject to availability). Just give us a call at 520-401-2651.

HOW TO ORDER YOUR RESERVED TICKETS!
ORDER ONLINE: After you choose your event or subscription package, you will have an on-screen seating map where you can click on your exact seats.
ORDER BY PHONE: Call 520-402-2651 Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We recommend you have a True Concord 2023-24 Season brochure in hand or the website open to facilitate your order.
